Crémant de Bourgogne Vintage Éminent |
Power and freshness

Perle Rare 2016 is about the harmonious complementarity of the four emblematic varietals of the Bourgogne region, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay, combined with the power born from rich terroirs on the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Châtillonnais, Couchois, Mâconnais, and the Beaujolais. Ageing of a minimum of 24 months brings out the very best in this rare, fruity, and indulgent vintage cuvée.

A lovely golden yellow color with slight hints of amber. The foam is generous and the nose is fruity and complex. Notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and a touch of raspberry and strawberry affirm the presence of red varietals in the blend. The evolution of this wine is delicate, with aromas emerging of toasted bread and honey. In the mouth, it is balanced and persistent. Perle Rare 2016 is about freshness allied with the power of fruit.

Delicate pairings: A sophisticated aperitif, fresh asparagus, grilled sea bass, or a freshly-baked financier.

The 2016 vintage is rare and exceptional with superb grapes and wonderful maturity. Perle Rare 2016 is a powerful Eminent Crémant de Bourgogne, offering a fine aromatic expression, in particular thanks to ageing over 24 months on laths, promising wonderful keeping potential.
