On 7 July, we once again came together with our partner winegrowers for our annual “Entre Nous” gathering—a unifying and much-valued occasion for us all.

This year, the reunion took place in Arbois, in the Jura. Discussions began with a round table devoted to responsible and sustainable viticulture, combining reflection with the sharing of practical experience.

Afterwards, our two viniculturists, Jacques Hauller for the Jura and Frédéric Brand for Burgundy, led a comparative tasting of their respective Crémants. Following lunch, we headed to the Fruitière de la Ferté to discover the Comté production chain, culminating in a memorable finale where the Domaine Maire’s vins jaunes superbly enhanced the cheeses crafted on site.
