In the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, our Verrière site opens its doors to you. A historic location, La Verrière offers tastings and a voyage of discovery with its immersive tour and shop.
The beautiful building with its glazed tile roof offers an elegant reception before you embark on your discovery of our Grands Crémants de Bourgogne.
Louis Bouillot restored the site to its former glory, offering visitors a taste of the 19th century when the company was founded and the story of sparkling Burgundy began.
Its magnificent Art Nouveau glass roof covers the winter garden where the tastings are held in natural light.

Secrets revealed in six cinematic stages
History - Vineyard - Vinification - Blending - Production - Emotion: a sound and light tour immerses you in the world of Crémants de Bourgogne. A 25-minute visual and audio immersion from the vine to the glass.
The entire tour is available in a film version for people with reduced mobility.
Tastings are held in the winter garden, a very fashionable room in bourgeois houses in the late 19th century. In keeping with the Belle Epoque style, Louis Bouillot has installed various green plants. The room is bathed in natural light from the Art Nouveau glass roof.
