The vineyards

Nature offers us beautiful winter scenes...

The trees on either side of the track to our vines have been given soft white coats and frost covers the vineyard.

It’s all about pruning in our vineyards! Here in our vineyard of Chenôvre located in Côte de Beaune in the south of Burgundy, in this dormant period, our winegrowers prune the shoots in order to prepare the vines for the future harvest.

They remove unnecessary wood from the previous year to guide the growth of the vine.
