In 2025, Maison Louis Bouillot benefited from sustained media coverage, in France and internationally, confirming its status as a benchmark for Crémant de Bourgogne and the ongoing recognition of our expertise.

A regular presence in the leading press

Throughout the year, Louis Bouillot cuvées were highlighted by the specialist and general press, through in-depth articles, thematic features and numerous commented tastings.

In France, Le Monde, Terre de Vins, Sommeliers International, Gilbert & Gaillard and Bourgogne Aujourd’hui praised the precision of the wines and the coherence of the range, with fine scores awarded to emblematic cuvées such as Les Grands Terroirs and Perle Rare. The leading regional media, including Le Bien Public, Le Journal du Palais and Dijon Beaune Mag, also covered the year’s highlights, notably the 50th anniversary of the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation and the anniversary cuvée Flashback 1975.

Louis Bouillot also shines internationally. In Sweden, Livets Goda, Dagens Nyheter and ELLE Sweden singled out several cuvées in their features devoted to the best sparkling wines, highlighting both their gastronomic character and their excellent value for money. In North America, The Globe and Mail (Canada) and Les Fidèles de Bacchus highlighted the consistency and personality of the house’s crémants. In Japan, WANDS magazine devoted a feature to Crémant de Bourgogne, emphasising the historic and pioneering role of Louis Bouillot.

Finally, many blogs and specialist digital media featured the cuvées throughout the year, contributing to a continuous presence among enthusiasts and influencers.
