Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé Vintage Éminent | Structure and refinement

Perle d’Or Rose is an exceptional Crémant de Bourgogne sparkling wine, for which a vintage is only declared in the best years. This precious cuvée from the 2015 harvest is a deliciously rich pink with good ageing potential. A vinous and silky rosé with fruity notes, this is a wine like no other.

Perle d’Or Rose has a subtle salmon pink hue, with a generous foam and persistent bead. On the nose, it offers tempting notes of red berries like strawberry or cherry. Once it opens up, there is a delightful hint of toasted brioche. The red-berry aromas in the mouth are complemented by touches of yellow peach and almond. Perle d’Or Rose is a pink Crémant de Bourgogne with a great presence, ideal to accompany the most delicate of dishes.

Exhilarating pairings:
Have the audacity to pair it with dishes that match its color, notably shellfish or a fillet of salmon.

The 2015 vintage was one of excellence in Burgundy. A very sunny summer resulted in grapes with thick, very dense skins, providing color, concentration and power thanks to some highly aromatic juice.

Short maceration brought out a perfect nuance of pink. Perle d’Or Rose 2015 is a Crémant de Bourgogne Éminent, which means part of the wine spent six months in oak barrels. Bottle-ageing for more than three years on laths gives the wine its unique patina. A great wine with a subtle yet distinctive personality bearing the mark of its vintage.

A
 sunny vintage
If ever there was a perfect year, it was 2015, a vintage of excellence, ideal for producing grapes with thick, dense skins, a guarantee of rich colour, concentration and power.

This wine has strength disguised as finesse. Bright salmon colour, scents of red berries and brioche. An ode to the expression of substance, with notes of ripe summer fruit, yellow peach, almond, strawberry, raspberry, stewed or crushed, accompanied by a generous oakiness. Delicate structure, strength, chewiness, dense flavours.

The secret of its elegance, again and always, this immense six-year ageing period...

A great wine that masters the delicate balance between finesse and fruity notes.
